EnerPHit: Upgrading an Existing Home to Passive House Standards

This existing single-family wood-framed home is undergoing a complete transformation. It is being remodeled to meet the international Passive House construction standard for retrofitting existing buildings—known as EnerPHit. The project is currently under construction.

The project received in 2026 the AIA (American Institure of Architects) Los Angeles Residential Climate Positive Award.
